Oatmeal, apple and carrots! I don’t eat any sugar at all! No flour

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (200 g) rolled oats, chopped in a blender
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk of your choice
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 9 dried apricots, rinsed with hot water and chopped
  • 4 tablespoons raisins, rinsed with hot water
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
Apple, Carrot, and Oat Breakfast Bake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 9 dried apricots, rinsed with hot water and chopped
  • 4 tablespoons raisins, rinsed with hot water
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, milk, grated carrot, apricots, raisins, apple, cinnamon, and eggs. Mix well.
  3. Bake: Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
  4. Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.

Tips:

  1. For a sweeter flavor, add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
  2. You can add nuts, seeds, or chocolate chips to the batter.
