Baked Salmon recipe

Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon dried thyme or dill

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Lemon slices, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Prepare the marinade: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme (or dill), salt, and pepper.

Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down if applicable.

Brush the marinade evenly over the salmon fillets.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Thicker fillets may take a little longer.

Optional: Serve with lemon slices or a side of vegetables or rice.
