- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for added flavor and moisture)

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- In a bowl, mix the flour, warm water, olive oil, and salt.
- Knead until a soft dough forms (about 1 minute).
Step 2: Cook the Bread
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
- Divide the dough into 4 portions and roll into thin circles.
- Place one piece in the hot pan and cook for 30–45 seconds until bubbles form.
- Flip and cook for another 30 seconds until puffed up.
- Repeat with remaining dough.
Step 3: Serve & Enjoy
- Enjoy warm as a side for dips, curries, or wraps.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 day.
