- 1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
- 1 cup whole milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Toasted coconut flakes (for garnish)

Step 1: Mix Ingredients
- In a saucepan, whisk together the coconut milk, whole milk, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Step 2: Cook
- Place the saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and starts to bubble (about 8–10 minutes).
Step 3: Serve
- Remove from heat. Pour into small dessert cups or bowls.
- Top with toasted coconut flakes. Chill for at least 1 hour, or serve warm if preferred.
