  • Ingredients

    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 cup self-rising flour
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 can (15 oz) sliced peaches, drained
    • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (plus extra for topping)
    • 2 tbsp sugar (for topping)
    • Instructions

      Step 1: Make the Batter
      1. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, self-rising flour, and milk. Stir until smooth.
      2. Pour batter into a greased cake or pie pan that fits inside your air fryer basket.
      Step 2: Add the Peaches
      1. Evenly spread the drained peach slices over the batter.
      2. Sprinkle a light dusting of cinnamon on top.
      Step 3: Air Fry
      1. Preheat air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
      2. Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 20–25 minutes. Halfway through, sprinkle the top with the extra 2 tbsp sugar and a pinch more cinnamon.
      3. Cobbler is done when the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the batter comes out clean.
      Oven Method (Original)
      1. Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F).
      2. Bake for about 35 minutes, adding the cinnamon-sugar topping halfway through baking.
