- 1 ½ cups cooked and finely chopped broccoli
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (or crushed Ritz crackers)
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Cooking spray (for air fryer)

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until fully combined. Chill for 10 minutes if the mixture is too soft to handle.
Step 2: Shape the Bites
- Form the mixture into small balls or nuggets using your hands or a small scoop.
Step 3: Air Fry
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the bites in a single layer, spray the tops lightly with oil, and cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and crispy.
Step 4: Serve
- Serve warm with ranch or marinara for dipping.
