Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can (15 oz) sliced peaches, drained
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (plus extra for topping)
- 2 tbsp sugar (for topping)

Instructions
Step 1: Make the Batter
- In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, self-rising flour, and milk. Stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased cake or pie pan that fits inside your air fryer basket.
Step 2: Add the Peaches
- Evenly spread the drained peach slices over the batter.
- Sprinkle a light dusting of cinnamon on top.
Step 3: Air Fry
- Preheat air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
- Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 20–25 minutes. Halfway through, sprinkle the top with the extra 2 tbsp sugar and a pinch more cinnamon.
- Cobbler is done when the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the batter comes out clean.
Oven Method (Original)
- Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F).
- Bake for about 35 minutes, adding the cinnamon-sugar topping halfway through baking.
