✅ Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon paprika (optional, for smokiness)

  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes or cayenne (optional, for heat)

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper (or lightly grease it with oil) for easy cleanup.


2. Prep the Cauliflower

  • Wash and dry the cauliflower thoroughly.

  • Cut into even-sized florets so they roast evenly.


3. Make the Seasoning Mix

  • In a large bowl, whisk together:

    • Olive oil

    • Lemon juice

    • Garlic powder

    • Onion powder

    • Paprika

    • Chili flakes (if using)

    • Salt and pepper


4. Coat the Cauliflower

  • Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl.
