  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

🍳 Topping 2: Scrambled Egg Avocado Toast

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tbsp milk (optional, for fluffiness)

  • 1 tsp butter or olive oil

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Step 1: Prepare the Avocado Base

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.

  2. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mash with a fork until smooth but still slightly chunky.

  3. Toast your bread slices until golden brown and crisp.

  4. Spread the avocado mixture evenly over each slice of toast.


Step 2: Make Each Topping
