Honey Lemon Turmeric Gummies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice (or water)

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp ground turmeric (or 1 tbsp fresh grated turmeric)

  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper (helps turmeric absorption)

  • 2 tbsp gelatin (unflavored)


Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, add orange juice or water and sprinkle gelatin on top. Let it sit for 3–4 minutes to bloom.

  2. Turn on low heat and stir gently until the gelatin fully dissolves (don’t boil).

  3. Add lemon juice, honey, turmeric, and black pepper. Mix well.

  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon.

  5. Pour the mixture into silicone gummy molds or a shallow dish.

  6. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.

  7. Pop out the gummies and store them in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 1 week.


Tips

  • Use fresh turmeric for a stronger anti-inflammatory boost.

  • If using water instead of juice, add 1 extra tablespoon honey.

  • To prevent sticking, lightly oil your molds.
