- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chopped apples (peeled)
- 1 tbsp melted butter (optional for brushing)
- Powdered sugar or glaze (optional, for serving)

Instructions
Step 1: Make the Batter
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the egg, milk, and vanilla extract until combined. Stir wet mixture into dry ingredients just until combined.
- Fold in the chopped apples.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of batter into rounds, leaving space between each fritter.
- Lightly brush tops with melted butter if desired.
- Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
- Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze before serving.
