    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1 egg
    • 1/3 cup milk
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 1/2 cups chopped apples (peeled)
    • 1 tbsp melted butter (optional for brushing)
    • Powdered sugar or glaze (optional, for serving)
    • Instructions

      Step 1: Make the Batter
      1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
      2. In another bowl, beat the egg, milk, and vanilla extract until combined. Stir wet mixture into dry ingredients just until combined.
      3. Fold in the chopped apples.
      Step 2: Air Fry
      1. Line your air fryer basket with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of batter into rounds, leaving space between each fritter.
      2. Lightly brush tops with melted butter if desired.
      3. Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
