Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed day-old bread (brioche or white bread works best)
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup raisins or chocolate chips (optional)
- Butter or spray oil (for greasing)

Instructions
Step 1: Mix and Soak
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add bread cubes and raisins (if using). Let soak for 5–10 minutes.
Step 2: Air Fry
- Grease a small baking dish or ramekins that fit in your air fryer.
- Pour the soaked bread mixture in and smooth the top.
- Preheat air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
- Air fry for 20–25 minutes or until golden and set in the center.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
