  • Ingredients

    • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (regular or panko)
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tbsp milk
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp paprika
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Olive oil spray

    Creamy Garlic Sauce

    • 1 tbsp butter
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 2 tbsp cream cheese or heavy cream
    • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Instructions

      Step 1: Prep the Chicken
      1. Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally to make cutlets if thick. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
      2. In one bowl, whisk egg with milk. In another, mix Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
      3. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat in the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
      Step 2: Air Fry
      1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
      2. Place coated chicken in the basket and lightly spray with olive oil.
      3. Air fry for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
      Step 3: Make the Garlic Sauce
      1. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
      2. Add flour and stir to form a paste. Slowly whisk in milk.
      3. Add cream cheese and Parmesan. Stir until smooth and thick. Season with salt and pepper.
      4. Spoon sauce over cooked chicken before serving.
