    • 1 cup whole milk (or any milk of your choice)

    • 1/4 cup cornstarch
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • A pinch of salt
    • Toasted coconut flakes (for garnish)

      Step 1: Mix Ingredients
      1. In a saucepan, whisk together the coconut milk, whole milk, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
      Step 2: Cook
      1. Place the saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and starts to bubble (about 8–10 minutes).
      Step 3: Serve
      1. Remove from heat. Pour into small dessert cups or bowls.
      2. Top with toasted coconut flakes. Chill for at least 1 hour, or serve warm if preferred.
